Please plan to show up 5-10 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late we may need to reduce your play time.
All rooms are private bookings and have a minimum number to play. Please check the details on specific games.
Late player additions can pay upon arrival, up to the room capacity.
We cannot go over the listed maximum room capacity due to room size restrictions, please contact us if you have more than the room capacity.
We reserve the right to remove customers without a refund from our location if they are deemed intoxicated, are consuming drugs/alcohol on our facility and / or are abusive to staff or other guests.
Escape Rooms: Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations or changes made to bookings more than 48 hours away: We will fully refund your purchase to the credit card that was used when making the booking. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of start time: No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit on your account to use towards a future booking.
No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation or partial cancellation please email us at: info@complexrooms.com at least 1 hour prior booking start time to receive credit towards a future booking.
