Escape Rooms: Terms & Conditions
- Please plan to show up 5-10 minutes prior to your start time. If you are late we may need to reduce your play time.
- All rooms are private bookings and have a minimum number to play. Please check the details on specific games.
- Late player additions can pay upon arrival, up to the room capacity.
- We cannot go over the listed maximum room capacity due to room size restrictions, please contact us if you have more than the room capacity.
- We reserve the right to remove customers without a refund from our location if they are deemed intoxicated, are consuming drugs/alcohol on our facility and / or are abusive to staff or other guests.
Escape Rooms: Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations or changes made to bookings more than 48 hours away: We will fully refund your purchase to the credit card that was used when making the booking. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of start time: No refunds will be provided, but we will provide a full credit on your account to use towards a future booking.
- No shows: A booking is considered a no-show if we aren’t notified about a booking cancellation at least 1 hour prior to the start of the booking. No refunds or credit will be given for no shows. If your group does have a cancellation or partial cancellation please email us at: info@complexrooms.com at least 1 hour prior booking start time to receive credit towards a future booking.
